Bay City has a variety of bridges that span the Saginaw River, both of which we encountered along our journey on the Princess Wenona Dinner Cruise, there are train and car bridges.

The Independence Bridge opening.

The two bridges are used by trains to cross the Saginaw River, they give quite an appeal to the eye in gray skies and sunsets.
